Since this is the last Friday in October, I must include a favorite that I only enjoy during October

Hocus Pocus

I am not a Bette Midler fan, but I am enthralled with the character she plays in these movies.  Unlike her goofy sisters, Winifred Sanderson is a fantastic character.  In Hocus Pocus 2, the story begins when the Sanderson sisters are young.  The actress who plays young Winifred (Taylor Henderson) does such a great job in this role.

I’ll typically watch either one of these movies if I happen to be scrolling and one is on.

I finished the Book Club pick for October, so I moved on to something I’ve been looking forward to…

The Witch

This is the first time I’ve read a book by this author and I’m enjoying it so far.  It is a page turner and I’ll probably be finished with it by the end of the week.

I seem to have developed a theme for this Friday Favorites.

On Thursday, the FamDamily got together at Sydney’s new house to celebrate the birthday of the newest member of our family

Favorite # FOUR

This is Stanley.

He and Sydney were married last March.  On Saturday Stanley [and his twin brother] will be 26.  We enjoyed getting together to wish him the happiest of birthdays.

I got this flyer in the mail.  I said that I wasn’t going to buy anything from LOFT for awhile because they were mishandling their processing and shipping.

But I really like this outfit.  Sigh.  It would be so cute to wear for any Christmas event.  Whatever shall I do?
