Friday Favorites

It is Friday.  Finally.

Yes it is still my favorite day of the week and I always have Friday Favorites [even if I don’t blog about them]!

OMG have I had an eventful couple of weeks.  The last time I posted was the day after a visit to the dentist.  The post was about my blogiversary so I didn’t include any recent events, only info about the importance of March 10th.

I’ve had some interesting dental stories that I am saving, just because they are a compilation and ongoing.  But this particular dental story is a standalone.

On Friday March 4th I bit down on a piece of crushed ice and immediately felt that something wasn’t right.  I had broken a big piece of a molar.  Luckily it didn’t hurt, but it was wiggling and I knew it would have to be taken care of soon.  I was able to get in to see my dentist on the following Tuesday, but had to schedule an afternoon with her on the following day.

And now, I have a crown.

The St. Patcaken“The Turducken of Cakes” from Pastry Chef Zac Young @ Gold BellyI have no bloomin’ idea why LB was looking on the web for a St. Patrick’s Day cake, when he knew I would be making his favorite Bailey’s Irish Cream Cake!  But somehow he came across The St. Patcaken on the Gold Belly website.  He was very intrigued, but it it was sold out, and not meant to be.

Also it was $99.

It may not have been as “pretty” but the cake I made yesterday was VERY POPULARYep… They ate half of it.

LB invited his friends over to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with us.  It wasn’t a wild party, but we had a good time catching up [and eating cake].

I’m not able to eloquently explain my political thoughts, but I am able to explain that I’m NOT falling for the current narrative of the MSM and those who have put themselves in power.  It makes me sad to know that so many people won’t take the time to find out that they are being misled.  I may not be able to explain what I believe to be the truth, but I can point you in the right direction.

In the news last week

It was widely publicized, so you likely didn’t miss it: Whoopie Goldberg was suspended from ABC’s ‘The View’.  Search Whoopie Goldberg Holocaust for the full story.

On Newsmax Rob Schmitt interviewed President Trump at his home in Mar-a-lago.

One of the topics discussed was the tension in involving Russia and Ukraine.  Trump made a comment suggesting it is a weak administration that encourages or invokes war.

This whole situation is bizarre

On Wednesday there was “breaking news”  that the pentagon is expected to announce more US troops will deploy to eastern Europe as support to NATO allies feeling threatened by Russia’s moves near Ukraine.

While I was looking for information I came across

 

Jeff Nyquist is guest speaker on Man in America and in this post he shares his thoughts on what is going on between Russia and Ukraine.

This is what HE says:

in the last 10 weeks, Russia has began to mobilize and continues to move closer to the Ukraine border.  NATO is nervous, the US is nervous, but Ukraine is not, and is making no preparation to defend itself.  And it seems that Ukraine does not consider there to be a threat.  If Russia invades, which is likely, it may be part of a long awaited plan. Ukraine may is still part of what we remember as the Soviet Union.

He explained that Russia did not get rid of its tactical weapons at the end of the cold war, they put them in storage; they feigned the fall of communism and they are ready to bring it back.

Another bit of information he shared was his belief that the Russians and the Chinese have had a long time pact to bring down the west, their main target being to destroy and defeat the United States because if the United States doesn’t exist all the other countries have to come to terms with Russia and China.

I have no idea what to think.

In 2021 and 2022 many Democrat leaders have announced that they will not be seeking reelection.  In addition many left wing CEOs have announced their retirement.  On Wednesday CNN’s Jeff Zucker announced his as well…

In Case You Missed It…

On Saturday

President Trump held his first rally of 2022 in Florence, AZ.  He spoke for over an hour and we watched it all.  Most of us stayed awake

My takeaway from Trump’s speech was this:

 

While the Trump rally was happening, we learned of a hostage situation  in a Colleyville, TX, Beth Israel Synagogue.

Monday evening, thanks to RedPill 78 we finally heard accurate news of the lunatic.  Unfortunately for the leftist media, the hostage-taker was not a caucasian Trump supporter, but was instead a Muslim, Pakistani born, UK citizen.  His name: Malik Faisal Akram and he is no longer with us.  The FBI let another known terrorist into the U.S and after the hostages had been freed, the FBI killed him.

On Monday

we learned that there were eight John Doe[s] listed in the recent case against Guislane Maxwell.  While her attorneys agreed to not name names during her recent trial, they have since decided to leave it to the court to decide whether the names should be unsealed.  The 8 John Does had requested to remain unnamed due to “generalized aversion to embarrassment”.  “The negativity that may come from being associated with Epstein and Maxwell” is apparently not enough to warrant continued sealing of information, especially due to the fact that the case involves allegations of sex trafficking of minors.  Might as well expose them all as it appears this has been prevalent for quite awhile.

Crimes against children are being revealed more and more in news that I come across.

If you were wondering, this report is what caused him to lose his job.  But thanks to him, if you ever hear the term “Pizzagate” you’ll know what it means.

On Tuesday

Attorney Sydney Powell posted in Telegram a link to Dr. Fauci’s unredacted financial disclosures here.

The article ends with “The world’s ‘one percent’ has gotten extraordinarily rich over the course of the Covid pandemic. It is one powerful explanation for why many of the richest and most powerful people apparently don’t want the pandemic, or the massive revenue streams it has created, to come to an end”.

On Wednesday

The COVID crisis that we are experiencing is being used by tyrannical leaders to assault our rights.  That said,  Boris Johnson announced the end of covid vaccine passports, mask requirements, and work restrictions in the UK.  It may be that he did it to get himself out of hot water due to the parties he held/attended during the 2020 lock-down.  Whatever the reason, it is a good move.  Hopefully it is not a ploy and others will follow.

On Monday

Project Veritas exposed Gain of Function research

– Military documents that contradict Fauci’s testimony.

On Tuesday

Biden delivered a divisive speech from GA where he called on the Senate to  strike a “filibuster” for the right to vote.  He referred to the millions of Americans who oppose the federal takeover of elections as “internal enemies.  The Resident reminded us that he is estupidez when he exclaimed repeatedly that it isn’t the vote that counts, its who gets to count the vote.  Maybe I’m the dummy, but I don’t even know what that means.

Biden then went on to call on social media to censor Americans.  He said, “I make a special appeal to social media companies and media outlets, please deal with the misinformation and disinformation that’s on your shows”

Also on Tuesday Prince Andrew received some bad news:This whole thing makes me sad.  I started ‘following’ the Royal Family back in the eighties and I always thought they were such a lovely and romantic group.  Since my teenage years I’ve learned that they aren’t all that I once thought.  Very Sad.

Andrew will face charges as a private citizen, much like his friend Guislaine.  Good luck to him.

On Tuesday and Wednesday

we saw clip after clip of Senators Paul and Marshall grill Dr. Flip Flop Fauci.

Fauci needs to pay for his part in creating and releasing the China virus, which resulted in the deaths of many people worldwide, and for the lies he has told over the past 2 years.

On Thursday

the Supreme Court ruled on Biden’s medical mandates. They ALMOST made us proud.  Fortunately they blocked Biden’s federal mandate of the “Vaccine or Test” for large businesses.  However, they did not block the block the mandate to vaccinate medical workers of institutions receiving Medicare and Medicaid funds.

Today

Saturday, January 15th

President Trump will hold a “Save America Rally” in Florence, AZ.  He most likely won’t speak until about 9PM.  You can watch it on Newsmax, OANN or RSBN. President Trump has continued to advance the MAGA agenda by energizing VOTERS and endorsing America First candidates and causes.  His speeches are all the same… and I’m looking forward to it anyway!

You talkin’ to Me?

Occasionally I will pick something apart.  LB does it too.  We’re funny like that, but at least we can relate to one another.  That said…

There was recently a Facebook post circulating and it begins with

“The end is near. So why am I smiling?”

You’ve probably seen it.
The writer introduces herself as a “3rd generation pastor’s kid” and goes on to give a brief synopsis of her early experience in an end-times-obsessed religious environment.  Her overwhelming fear that she would miss the Rapture of the Church was debilitating and followed her into adulthood.  However, thanks to ‘awesome mentors and logic’, the fruitless narrative [that she could be left behind] finally began to crumble.
I cannot deny that she does have a gift for exhortation.
Then she changes lanes and reminds the reader “you shall know it by its fruit” and goes on to address those who are not speaking words that are beneficial to anyone but…
 ‘darkness’.
Reading this makes me go
Conviction?
Maybe.
I’ve come across the post 25 times at least, so I decided to give it some thought.
I can identify with the writer because I too [at an early age] was exposed to end-time prophecy: the rapture, the tribulation, mark of the beast and many horrifying events that you can read about in THE BIBLE.
In 1972, a movie dramatizing some of those events was released.  I saw it in the auditorium/sanctuary of the church where I grew up.
The name of the movie was…

A Thief in the Night.

Along with the movie came the song “I Wish We’d All Been Ready“.  The lyrics reiterated the message in the movie.
Other movies followed: A Distant Thunder, Image of the Beast...

Back to my story: At the time, I was only 6 years old, but it was probably a couple of years later that I was able to view the first of this series.  No doubt, the message of that movie would leave a child with a sense of dread and if you believe the Bible to be truth, it was a wake up call.  Nobody wanted to miss the rapture and find themselves facing the tribulation, along with the government police who would arrest and imprison those who rejected the narrative.  I was truly concerned about missing the rapture when I was a little girl, but now I understand that it isn’t me that should be concerned (John 10:24-30).

As the writer of the considerably shared post tells us, “those of us who are alive” have the privilege of seeing what ‘prophets dreamed’.  To me, that would be…

the beginning of the end.

For example: The Biden regime is currently experimenting with control, and is testing the people to see if all that they propose will be accepted.  The complicit CDC is now setting up internment camps for you and me.
At some point a leader will mandate a mark in the right hand or forehead (Revelation 13:15-18).  Those who accept this mark will be damned (Revelation 20:4).
This may be information that is considered beneficial only to ‘darkness’, by someone’s standards, but I think it should be known.

 

Just as info, I am not a conspiracy theorist, obsessed with, immersed in, or focused on the evil that I have been awakened to, but I am concerned.

However, I know the end of the story…

This week I listened to Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium.  The team endured cyber attacks, infiltration by ANTIFA and Mike was physically attacked when going to his hotel room.  It appears that there is a great deal of information that someone doesn’t want to be uncovered.
