and I’m now a Glammy

Although I have an Interior Design degree, I haven’t discovered a desirable way to earn a living making homes pretty, so I work full-time for a well-known communications company handling executive escalations.  The dress code is extremely relaxed, and jeans are the norm, but it always makes me happy to dress pretty.

In my spare time I like to shop, bake, and venture out with LB.  Truth be told, I love to shop.  I spend ample time standing in my closet, trying to decide what to wear, and surfing the internet for new inspiration.

Because I realize that dressing fashionably after 40 is likely as challenging for others as it is for me, I’ve decided to share my outfit ideas and how they work for my lifestyle.  I hope to bring outfit inspiration to other over forty lovelies who want to be fashionable as well.

Here, on my blogging journey, I’m sharing what I see as Pretty.  Whether it be an outfit, an experience, an event, a memory, or a thought.  Hopefully I’ll share something that will be interesting, useful, or make you smile along the way.
